These general website terms are not a project contract. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, ownership and payment terms should be agreed separately in writing for each engagement.

This website presents information about professional services, capabilities and selected work. You may browse and use the website for lawful purposes only.

2. Portfolio content

Unless otherwise stated, portfolio text, layouts, original graphics and presentation are provided for portfolio and informational purposes. Project work may involve client-owned brands, trademarks, content or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.

3. Project enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or constitute acceptance of a project. A project begins only after the scope and commercial terms are agreed.

4. Quotes and scope

Any pricing, timelines or deliverables discussed during an enquiry are subject to confirmation. Changes to scope may affect fees and delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of final project deliverables will depend on the written agreement for the relevant project. Third-party assets, fonts, stock media, software and trademarks remain subject to their respective licences and owners.

6. Third-party services

Websites may link to third-party services or client websites. I do not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, security, accuracy or policies.

7. GS1 India consultation

Any GS1-related service described on this portfolio is independent consultation and assistance. It does not represent official GS1 India representation, and I do not personally issue GS1 barcodes. Registration decisions, fees, approvals and account matters remain subject to GS1 India processes.

8. No guarantee of business results

Design, development, SEO and marketing services are intended to support business objectives, but specific commercial, ranking, traffic, sales or lead outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
